The prevalence of burnout among leaders has been steadily increasing over the last few years. It is a condition that should be taken seriously and should involve a mental health professional or a physician.
To help you start considering whether you may be experiencing burnout, consider the following questions.

35-45: High - Burnout may be upon you. Focus on disconnecting from work to rest. Speak with a physician or mental health professional about your condition. Set boundaries. Organize your work to find capacity. Reflect on your mindset.
25-44: Moderate - Be aware of what is triggering your stress and try to deal with it. Examine your calendar for opportunities to fully disconnect from work.
15-24: Low - You appear to be managing your mindset and capacity well. Stay diligent. Look for opportunities to disconnect from work.
