About Us

Leaders Who’ve Been There. Results that Stick.

At The Tigris Group, co-founders Emily Allinder Scott and Rod Brace bring real-world leadership experience and a shared passion for helping individuals and organizations focus smarter and perform better.

Emily and Rod spent decades leading in healthcare. They learned what actually works and just as importantly, what doesn’t. They also learned many lessons the hard way through trial and error. That’s one of the reasons they started teaching. Not because they wanted to add another consulting firm to the world, but because the leaders they mentored kept asking the same question: “Why didn’t anyone teach me this?” So now they are!

Now they run live cohorts, coach executives 1:1, and work with organizations to think differently. They know where leaders get stuck, because they got stuck there too.
